Food is Medicine and We Are What We Eat
If you are ready to provide your animal with a species appropriate diet, I will guide you through the process and be available for any questions along the way.
Animal’s bodies are constantly regenerating themselves. When we fail to sufficiently supply their bodies with essential building blocks, they start to break down. Food is medicine and diet provides the raw materials we use to refuel, repair, and rebuild our bodies. If nutrition is inadequate we start to deteriorate which leads to chronic conditions and poor quality of life.
The best nutrition for animals is what they’ve been evolved to eat. There are countless benefits to feeding a species appropriate diet (or getting as close to one as we can) and many more problems that develop when we don’t.
Dental Issues have become an epidemic. They don’t only cause pain and hinder the animal’s ability to properly digest it’s food, but dental infections and bacteria can cause serious health issues internally. Other diet related issues:
- Organ failure
- Degenerative Diseases
We can do a much better job of improving or preventing these issues if we take another look at what is sustaining our animals not just to survive but to thrive!
